Clothing Branding Collaboration

I’ve started collaborating with a friend of mine, and we have been working on various clothing designs. I design illustrations and send them to him to print the vinyl and add it onto the clothing. This partnership allowed me to see different iterations of my work and how it can be applied to clothing.

The first design we’ve done together was matching “4” hoodies for the latest Fantastic 4 movie premiere. I based my design loosely on the official symbol for the movie, being a circle with a 4 in the center. I experimented heavily on line weight as well as intentionally messy outlines.

In the future, I hope to work with Matt more on official and original designs. I enjoy designing clothing for upcoming events, but it would also be interesting to launch original designs together.
